Job summary

Flexible Metal is seeking a Set‑up Operator in Tucker, GA to assemble and run production equipment. You will set up machines to specification, assist in repairs, and support operators to ensure quality parts leave the line.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with training on first shift (6:00–2:30) then transition to second shift (3:00–11:30). Pay ranges from $21 to $24 per hour, full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a machine operator in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong machine setup, inspection with gauges and troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for documentation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and assist in repair of production machinery to specification.
• Support Machine Operators and coordinate with Maintenance to keep production running safely.
• Perform tooling changeovers on tube-bending machines and monitor machine operation.
