Responsibilities

• Identify tooling and equipment needed for each operation.
• Follow startup/shutdown procedures and monitor equipment performance.
• Plan and execute set-ups and operate bending machines to spec.
• Inspect finished work to meet quality standards and tolerances.
• Move materials safely and keep records of production, downtime and maintenance.
• Instruct operators and contribute to ISO 9001/14001 compliance.
