Job summary

Steico Industries, Inc. a company of Senior Plc, is seeking a Tubing Operator-Bend Runner in Oceanside, CA. The role involves processing parts in the Bend department, including pressure testing and aqueous cleaning after bending, using saws, end finishers, CNC tube benders, and other equipment.

No prior experience is required. The position offers a pay rate of $18.00–$19.00 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication and writing skills.
• High school diploma or general education completion required.
• Mechanical inclination is a plus; familiarity with saws and pneumatic tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Daily and monthly aqueous clean maintenance.
• Water-based cleaning of parts after bending.
• Operate equipment: saws, end finishers, CNC tube benders, aqueous tanks, and testing equipment.
• Read and follow travelers for routing jobs to next area/racks.
• Trim, face and deburr parts in production cell.
• Restock supplies via Kanban; maintain safety standards.
• Log preventive maintenance on area equipment.
• Perform additional duties as needed by business needs.
