Staffmark is hiring a Tube Assembly Technician in Orlando, FL, to join a leading manufacturing team. You will fabricate, bend, fit, route, and install tubing assemblies and read engineering drawings, using tube-bending equipment to meet strict specifications.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in tube fabrication, mechanical assembly, and reading engineering drawings, with knowledge of calipers and other measuring tools. Competitive pay and day shifts offered, with room to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with tube bending, tubing fabrication, or related manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and mechanical dimensions.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, angle gauges, and tape measures.
• Familiarity with tube routing, tube fitting installation, and assembly processes.
• Experience with stainless steel tubing, instrumentation tubing, or hydraulic systems is a plus; Swagelok or Parker fittings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, bend, fit, route, and install tubing assemblies.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Operate manual and powered tube bending equipment.
• Install and assemble compression-type tube fittings.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment safely.
• Maintain production standards in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment.

• 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
