Advantage Technical is seeking a Tube Assembly Technician in Orlando, FL to fabricate, bend, fit, route, and install tubing assemblies. You will read engineering drawings, follow specs, and operate tube bending equipment to ensure accurate, high-quality results.

The role requires experience with tube fabrication and measuring tools, with opportunities to grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment in Orlando.

Qualifications

• Experience in tube bending, tubing fabrication, or related manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and mechanical dimensions.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, angle gauges, and tape measures.
• Knowledge of tube fittings and routing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, bend, fit, route, and install tubing assemblies.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Operate manual and powered tube bending equipment.
• Install and assemble compression-type tube fittings.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Use hand tools and measuring devices safely.

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedules Available

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience Requirements

• Experience with tube bending, tubing fabrication, mechanical assembly, or related manufacturing work preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and mechanical dimensions
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, angle gauges, and tape measures
• Familiarity with tube routing, tube fitting installation, and assembly processes
• Experience with stainless steel tubing, instrumentation tubing, or hydraulic systems is a plus
• Knowledge of Swagelok or Parker tube fittings preferred

Job Duties

• Fabricate, bend, fit, route, and install tubing assemblies
• Read and follow engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Operate manual and powered tube bending equipment
• Install and assemble compression-type tube fittings
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy

• Maintain production standards in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment
