Castro Valley School of Music is seeking a passionate Tuba Instructor to Join our teaching team in Castro Valley, CA. The role focuses on delivering engaging private tuba lessons to students of diverse ages and abilities.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong tuba skills and experience teaching private lessons, with the ability to tailor instruction to each learner's interests and goals. This part-time, in-person position includes teaching space and scheduling support.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency on tuba.
• Experience teaching private lessons preferred.
• Ability to work with beginning and intermediate students.
• Friendly, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Comfortable working with children and teens.
• Ability to tailor lessons to each student\'s interests, goals, and learning style.
• Formal music education is a plus, but excellent musicianship and teaching ability are most important.

Tuba Instructor - Castro Valley School of Music

Castro Valley School of Music is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Tuba Instructor to join our teaching team.

We're looking for a skilled musician who enjoys working with students and can make learning the tuba fun, engaging, and rewarding. Our students range in age and ability, so the ideal instructor will be comfortable teaching beginners as well as more experienced players.
