TreeHouse Foods in Pennsylvania (Womelsdorf) is seeking a Tub Operator to safely operate the tub-filling machine, calibrate controls, monitor production output, and report operational data to management.

You will verify safety before start-up, manage changeovers, check weight control and product flow, perform metal-detection checks, and keep a clean, safe workstation. The role is 1st shift, 6:45am–3:15pm, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate tub-filling machine safely and efficiently.
• Able to read labels, controls and codes on tubs.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good understanding of standard operating procedures.
• Ability to stay focused on a fast-moving conveyor line.

Responsibilities

• Operate tub-filling machine safely and efficiently.
• Calibrate programmable controls and monitor production output.
• Verify safety and readiness before start-up/shutdown.
• Record production data and quality checks.
• Perform hourly metal-detection verification checks.
• Change film and date codes as required; ensure correct date-code and best before.
• Keep workstation clean and maintain safe work environment.
• Report issues to supervisor promptly.
• Assist with changeovers and line changes as needed.
