Continental seeks a TT QA Engineer to strengthen quality systems across assigned areas. You will ensure quality control plans are in place, that work instructions are accurate, and provide support to management, sister plants, and Central requests.
Responsibilities include data analysis, root cause evaluation, leading 8D/SPS actions, and ensuring adherence to TS16949 and QMS standards with occasional travel.
The TT QA Engineer will:
Ensure that Quality Control plan is in place and effective for assigned area(s) and that work instructions are accurate and in compliance with Central PoMs and IATF. Ensure Plant compliance to Corporate Quality standards and Strategic Quality Objectives. Provides support to assigned area management team, sister plants, Central and local requests. Lead in data analysis and provide support for root cause evaluation.
NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
THE PERKS
The expected annual salary range for this role is $75,000 a year.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree
