Job summary

Network Connex seeks a TSQ Specialist to support project execution by ensuring safety, training, and quality standards are met. You will work with the operations team and customers to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in safety/quality/training roles and an Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in safety, quality, or training roles within a project-based environment.
  • Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with safety documentation processes and customer compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to support project delivery and compliance.
  • Conduct site observations to identify safety and quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Issue and track Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for project teams.
  • Participate in site walks with customers to ensure alignment with expectations and standards.
  • Verify safety documentation— including permits, JHAs, and site-specific plans — is completed and executed per customer requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by reporting findings and contributing to lessons learned.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety compliance and project observations.

Job Summary

The TSQ Specialist plays a critical role in supporting project execution by ensuring compliance with safety, training, and quality standards. This position works closely with the operations team and customers to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to support project delivery and compliance
  • Conduct site observations to identify safety and quality issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Issue and track Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for project teams
  • Participate in site walks with customers to ensure alignment with expectations and standards
  • Verify that all safety documentation —including permits, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and site-specific plans iscompleted and executed per customer requirements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by reporting findings and contributing to lessons learned
  • Maintain accurate records of safety compliance and project observations
  • Perform additional TSQ-related duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and training practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with operations teams and customers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a project environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in the field
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred
Education and Experience
