Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of GMP experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of technical transfer leadership in complex programs.
• Proven track record of client relationship management and business development support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of TSMS engineers and foster growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement individual development plans.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding with HR and senior leadership.
• Manage workload distribution, resource allocation, and project assignments.
• Represent the organization as technical expert during regulatory inspections and audits.
• Evaluate, select, and implement new manufacturing technologies and digital initiatives.
• Author and review risk assessments, CMC documentation, and validation protocols.
• Ensure all activities maintain cGMP compliance, quality, and regulatory adherence.
