Qualifications

• 3+ years GMP experience with manufacturing processes and equipment in biologics or pharmaceutical fill and finish.
• 1-3 years of experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
• Experience in regulated GMP manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Services Engineers and Technical Writers.
• Provide guidance in technical decision-making related to manufacturing operations.
• Implement process improvements based on data analysis.
• Author and review regulatory information packages.
