Job summary

MSR-FSR LLC in Chandler, AZ seeks a TSM Planner to assist in logistics and planning for key accounts. You will manage consignment inventory, coordinate with customer sites, and support field operations end-to-end.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehousing or shipping, a High School Diploma, and strong Excel skills. On-call duties 24/7 and travel to customer locations are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or shipping and receiving experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; related field degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage consignment inventory stocking programs for the location.
• Travel to customer locations to resolve warehouse issues as needed.
• Effectively manage tactical requirements per customer agreement.
• Manage inventory at customer location including cycle counting, replenishments, billing and invoicing.
• Review stocking levels and adjust as needed.
• Proactively manage slow moving and inactive inventory.
• Facilitate meetings with customers to develop new business opportunities.
• Assist in cost-saving alternate sourcing opportunities with customer engineering.
• Assist accounting with TSM reconciliation questions.
• Assist MSR-FSR Logistics department as needed.
• Maintain SIMI database active and up to date.
• Compile all sites OTD reporting.
