Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Technical Support Management professional in Mobile, AL to lead deficiency records management within the TSM and ETC environment. You will support government and shipbuilder stakeholders, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of trials, CARs, and related program records.

The role requires deep knowledge of TSM/ETC systems, strong MS Office skills, and a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Certified in Security+ requirements.
• Proficient in the Government TSM system and the ETC tool.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Knowledge of ship construction deficiency records management process.

Responsibilities

• Provide system overview of TSM and ETC per user guide to OPC PRO and INSURV teams.
• Support tracking deficiency records including CAR, trials, and project records.
• Develop and maintain ship-specific data for input into ETC and TSM.
• Assist OPC PRO in updating deficiency statuses from creation to closure.
• Assist OPC PRO in preparation of technical briefings, audits, and milestone reviews.
• Prepare weekly program management and technical/financial status reports.
• Provide trial card status reports and track corrections post-trials.
• Maintain deployable LAN for sea trials up to 20 laptops per TSM/NAVSEA requirements.
• Respond to INSURV database requests pre/during/post trials.
• Attend COR meetings and support program reviews.
