Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for major Builders Risk claims across Turner's portfolio.
• Direct claims from first notice through resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Develop and execute strategic recovery strategies with Risk Management and Legal teams.
• Manage multi-jurisdictional disputes and coordinate with external experts.
• Lead claim governance and RMIS exposure reporting across the portfolio.
