Description/Comment:

  • Provides support activities in an assigned area.
  • Performs equipment exchange and records inventory controls.
  • Handles software installations and program updates.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves problems on computer and telecommunication systems.
  • Trains users on supported software and hardware, understanding technology from both a user and technical perspective.
  • Assists users in resolving computer-related issues such as hardware or software inoperability.
  • Travel is required using personal vehicle to provide technology support for customers and to support various locations and solutions.
  • Willing to work various shifts, including weekends as needed for vacation coverage or planned upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A+ certification required.
  • Proficient/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Additional Job Details: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a requirement for this facility.

Additional Information: Required of all *** employees.

Shift Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
