Qualifications

• This role requires active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• TSCM certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of RF, direction-finding, wireless comms, and TSCM processes.
• Knowledge of ICD 702 doctrine and counterintelligence concepts.
• Bachelor's with 12–15 years or Master's with 9–13 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical/technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigation steps.
• Conduct TSCM inspections.
• Perform TEMPEST surveys and advise mitigations.
• Conduct RF testing to determine ICD 705 waiver needs.
• Support policy development at agency/ICD level.
