Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group seeks a TSCM Inspector to conduct technical surveillance countermeasures inspections at facilities in Rosslyn, VA or Springfield, VA. The role requires an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and no remote work.

You will manage coordination, report findings, and support program improvements while traveling CONUS as needed. Support security enhancements, maintain data lifecycle processes, and collaborate with interagency partners to ensure compliance with ICD

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• 3+ years of experience conducting TSCM.
• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college is desired.
• Interagency Training Center certification is required.
• Knowledge of ICD 705 and intelligence community standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the scope for each TSCM mission using current threat information.
• Support equipment logistics and verify operational status.
• Recommend new detection equipment based on field experience and science knowledge.
• Execute security tasks per ICD 702 and State Department policies.
• Provide senior leadership with inspection recommendations and milestones.
• Prepare written reports detailing findings and recommendations.
