Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group seeks a TSCM Inspector to apply advanced countermeasures techniques and equipment to ensure no clandestine devices in secure facilities. You will define mission scope, manage equipment logistics, and prepare inspection reports.

The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, at least three years of TSCM experience, and Interagency Training Center certification. Travel up to 20–25% CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Current U.S. Government final Top Secret clearance and SCI access.
• Minimum of three years of TSCM experience.
• Undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited college is desired.
• Interagency Training Center certification required.
• Knowledge of ICD 702, ICD 705 and classified materials regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assists in determining the scope for each TSCM mission using current threat and intelligence information.
• Supports equipment logistics and verifies operational status.
• Applies field experience and physical science knowledge to recommend new detection equipment.
• Executes security-related tasks per ICD 702 and State Department policies.
• Prepares written reports detailing inspection findings and recommendations.
• Maintains proficiency in all areas of TSCM inspection and lifecycle data handling.
