Job summary

Mayvin seeks a Network Engineer Principal - Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) to support USSOCOM at Fort Bragg, NC. The role requires active Top Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and up to 25% travel.

You will lead TSCM missions, deliver classroom trainings, and advance security capabilities across CONUS/OCONUS deployments. Ideal candidates have a strong cyber security background, 3+ years of experience, and the ability to produce executive-level reports.

Qualifications

• Certification by the Interagency Training Center (ITC) in Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience; 5 years desired.
• Strong cyber security background; military experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver concise executive-level reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide TSCM expertise and deployment planning for missions CONUS and OCONUS.
• Prepare and present classroom lectures, labs, tutoring, and skills testing.
• Complete at least 80 hours of advanced training per year and provide new equipment evaluations (OT&E) and TTPs to supported units.
• Conduct complex technical operations to detect/neutralize threats and educate leadership.
• Familiarity with intrusion detection systems, safes, storage containers, locks and access systems; evaluate alarm systems.
• Research and evaluate building construction and physical security measures; recommend protective actions.
• Provide mobile training and technical advisement on TSCM and threat awareness.
• Advise program office personnel on national/international developments in security tech.
