Job summary

Analytic Solutions Group is seeking a senior TSCM specialist in Bethesda, MD to develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities across agency environments.

You will conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities, perform TSCM inspections and TEMPEST surveys, and research policy at the ICD level. A TS/SCI with Polygraph and advanced experience in radio frequencies and security requirements are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10 - 13 years of relevant experience, with the final level determined based on the skills, education, and experience of the selected candidate.
• Additional experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
• TSCM Certified with experience in TEMPEST assessments.
• Expert-level knowledge of radio frequencies, direction-finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes.
• General knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and IT infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in conducting radio frequency directions, finding missions to identify unauthorized transmitting devices.
• Experience providing technical security, subject matter expert input to designated IC working groups.
• Experience developing and disseminating workforce education for counterintelligence and security.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working within or alongside the Intelligence Community (IC).
