Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Professional for a mission-focused program in Bethesda, MD. The role involves identifying vulnerabilities in personnel, facilities, and information and supporting CI investigations.

The successful candidate will communicate with executive leadership, develop and maintain TSCM programs, and perform TEMPEST surveys in a dynamic GovCon environment. Active TS/SCI with CI poly is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience; final level based on skills and experience.
• TSCM certification with TEMPEST experience.
• Expert knowledge of RF, direction-finding, wireless communications, and TSCM processes.
• Broad understanding of CI investigations, insider threat, physical security, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities.
• Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigation.
• Perform TSCM inspections and TEMPEST surveys.
• Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements.

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Professional for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Bethesda, MD. Successful candidates in this position will have the ability to communicate with executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of significant importance to the organization/project. The TSCM professional will establish an internal capability to assess and mitigate any technical/physical security concern related to personnel, facilities or information, to include technical support to CI and Insider Threat investigations. Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 – 15 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10 – 13 years of relevant experience, with the final level determined based on the skills, education, and experience of the selected candidate. Additional experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
• TSCM Certified with experience in TEMPEST assessments.
• Expert-level knowledge of radio frequencies, direction-finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes.
• General knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and IT infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in conducting radio frequency directions, finding missions to identify unauthorized transmitting devices.
• Experience providing technical security, subject matter expert input to designated IC working groups.
• Experience developing and disseminating workforce education for counterintelligence and security.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working within or alongside the Intelligence Community (IC).
