Job summary

3M in Maplewood, MN is seeking a Manager, Product Stewardship - TSCA Compliance to lead a team focused on TSCA compliance, auditing, and EMS management for product air regulatory support.

You will partner with EHS, Legal, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, and other groups to translate complex regulations into practical business processes. This on-site role offers travel up to 10% and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering required, advanced degree beneficial.
• Minimum 8 years in product stewardship or regulatory compliance.
• 3+ years leading compliance programs and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead TSCA compliance team and EMS activities.
• Provide TSCA requirements expertise including reporting and import/export obligations.
• Develop and manage TSCA EMS procedures and metrics.
• Collaborate with audit teams to ensure TSCA audit program effectiveness.
• Support product air regulatory compliance and monitor regulatory changes.
• Develop compliance metrics and report trends to leadership.
