Job summary

Univar Solutions, a leading global chemical distributor, seeks a Product Compliance Regulatory Manager to oversee TSCA and EPA regulatory programs. You will coordinate with Legal, IT, Commercial, Sales, and Supply Chain to embed compliance into business processes and systems.

The role requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to manage high-risk regulatory matters while guiding internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a regulatory field or related science.
• Strong knowledge of TSCA, EPA regulations, and U.S. chemical rules.
• Experience interpreting regulations into practical business processes.
• Experience with regulatory agencies, audits, and enforcement matters.
• Cross-functional experience with Legal, IT, Commercial, Sales and Supply Chain.
• SAP/S4HANA experience with regulatory data or controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own key chemical regulatory programs with focus on TSCA and EPA.
• Ensure products can be purchased, transported, and used in compliance.
• Translate regulations into practical guidance, processes, and controls.
• Assess compliance requirements for vendors, products, contracts, and data.
• Partner with IT and business to embed regulatory controls in SAP S/4HANA.
• Identify regulatory risks and implement controls to prevent exposure.
• Lead or support responses to inquiries, audits, and enforcement actions.
• Serve as liaison with EPA, DEA, consultants, and legal partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex compliance issues.
• Maintain regulatory commitments, actions, and agency follow-up.
• Provide regulatory guidance and training to strengthen compliance culture.
