Job summary

Synertex LLC seeks a Training Support Center Specialist/Technician to provide technical and operational support at multiple Army installations. You will manage TADSS equipment, ensure readiness, and support training exercises across Active, Reserve, and National Guard units.

The role requires U.S. Citizenship, ability to work on-site at Camp Roberts, and willingness to travel between installations as needed. Full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Training Support Center operations, TADSS operations, or equivalent technical support.
• Technical proficiency with Army TADSS and training support systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot TADSS equipment to ensure readiness for training events.
• Issue and return TADSS, maintaining accurate accountability and property records.
• Support units during training exercises with setup, technical guidance, and operational support.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and perform basic repairs on assigned equipment.
• Assist TSC Leads in day-to-day operations, including inventory management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Army policies, procedures, and safety standards.
