Job summary

Synertex LLC seeks a Training Support Center (TSC) Specialist/Technician to provide technical and operational support across multiple Army installations in Minnesota, including Camp Ripley. The role focuses on managing TADSS equipment, ensuring readiness, accountability, and support for training exercises.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of TSC/technical support experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work at several locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Training Support Center operations or equivalent technical support experience.
• Technical proficiency with Army TADSS and training support systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior military or instructional experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to work at multiple installation locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot TADSS equipment to ensure readiness for training events.
• Issue and return TADSS, maintaining accurate accountability and property records.
• Support units during training exercises with setup, technical guidance, and operational support.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and perform basic repairs on assigned equipment.
• Assist TSC Leads in day-to-day operations, including inventory management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Army policies, procedures, and safety standards.
