Job summary

Synertex LLC is seeking an experienced Training Support Center (TSC) Lead to manage operations at Camp Roberts, CA and other Army installations. You will supervise personnel, oversee TADSS, and ensure training support services run efficiently and in line with Army standards.

This full-time, on-site role is contingent upon award. You will coordinate with unit stakeholders, maintain records, mentor staff, and uphold safety and policy compliance to support operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Training Support Center operations or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Army TADSS and Army training management systems.
• Proven leadership skills in managing small teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and relocate to multiple installations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead TSC personnel to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and accountability of TADSS.
• Oversee daily TSC operations including issuing, returning, and tracking equipment.
• Coordinate with unit stakeholders to provide training support for Active, Reserve, and National Guard elements.
• Maintain documentation, records, and reporting to support operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with Army policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Mentor and train TSC staff, promoting operational excellence.
