Job summary

Culmen International is building a nationwide pipeline of Security Training Instructors to support TSA Screening Partnership Program Task Orders at commercial airports across the United States.

STIs will deliver and manage TSA-required screener training, maintaining proficiency and compliance. They will work with Culmen leadership and TSA counterparts to ensure consistent, effective training across initial, recurrent, and remedial programs.

Qualifications

• Must satisfy TSA STI qualification and certification.
• Experience delivering adult-learning classroom instruction.
• Strong knowledge of security screening procedures.
• Ability to work irregular schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TSA-approved initial, recurrent, remedial, return-to-duty, and specialized screening training.
• Complete and maintain required TSA instructor and screener certifications.
• Conduct passenger and baggage screening to maintain proficiency and certification.
• Deliver classroom, practical, and on-the-job training per TSA requirements.
• Evaluate student performance and identify training gaps.
• Coordinate remedial training after performance deficiencies or SOP breaches.
• Maintain accurate training, certification, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify trends and training improvements.
• Support Assistant Training Instructors and OJT coaches as needed.
• Maintain a learner-focused environment emphasizing security effectiveness and customer service.
