Job summary

Culmen International, LLC is building a nationwide pipeline of Security Training Instructors (STIs) to support TSA Screening Partnership Program tasks across the United States. In this role, you will deliver and manage TSA-required training, ensuring officers receive consistent, compliant instruction and maintain proficiency.

You will work with Culmen leadership and TSA counterparts to optimize training quality, administer certifications, and ensure adherence to security standards while

Qualifications

• Experience delivering adult-learning classroom instruction.
• Instructor training or certification experience.
• Knowledge of security screening procedures.
• US citizen or national and able to meet TSA background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TSA-approved initial, recurrent, remedial, return-to-duty, and specialized screening training.
• Complete and maintain required TSA instructor certifications.
• Conduct passenger and baggage screening as needed to maintain proficiency.
• Deliver classroom, practical, and on-the-job training aligned with TSA requirements.
• Evaluate student performance and identify training gaps.
• Coordinate remedial training after performance issues or SOP deviations.
• Maintain training, certification, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with supervisors to spot trends and improve screening processes.
• Support junior instructors and on-the-job coaches.
• Provide a professional, learner-focused environment emphasizing security and customer service.
