Job summary

Insight Global in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to design end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform within an Agile team. You will modernize government processes by aligning architecture with stakeholder requirements and integrating custom apps and configurations.

Requires 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture, TS/SCI with Full Scope poly active, a Bachelor's degree, and CMDB/scripting/web services experience in a DevOps, Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow architecture and development.

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. We’re looking for an architect with the skills needed to build solutions within the ServiceNow platform that will directly impact the client’s mission by modernizing and automating various customer processes.We need a ServiceNow Architect who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll use the Agile lifecycle to work with the development team on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Salary range: $150,000 - $250,000

Skills and Requirements

• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph active within the last 2 years
• 5+ years ServiceNow development experience at the senior levelQualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow architecture and development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, or development methods
• Experience with web development, including XHTML, HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular, and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration management database (CMDB) administration
• Experience implementing scripted web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow
• Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services
• TS/SCI FSP clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Must Haves:

• Experience with Object Oriented Programming, SQL, and NoSQL databases
• Experience with application design concepts and tools, including using UML, ERD, and Flow Diagrams
• Experience introducing open-source solutions into ServiceNow via Script Includes or as JS or CSS Includes
• Experience implementing ServiceNow inside a DevOps pipeline
• Experience with Agile Scrum development methods
• Experience with proposal writing
• Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP Integrations
• ITILv3 or ITIL4 Foundations Certification
