Job summary
The Amatriot Group is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Support Specialist in Chantilly, VA. This full-time position requires providing technical support for cloud services and managing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in help desk, technical support, operations, or IT customer service roles.
- Hands-on experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and Linux environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for end-user technical support requests.
- Create, update, and maintain technical support tickets in Jira.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support teams.
- Manage VDI technologies and troubleshoot user virtual machines.
- Monitor system performance and support maintenance windows.
