Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an experienced Counterintelligence UTS Instructor to deliver advanced UTS training to CI Special Agents at the JCITA program. The role requires leveraging operational expertise to develop specialized instruction and enhance mission readiness for the DoD CI workforce.

The position involves planning and executing training with potential weekends and travel, supported by a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph or the ability to obtain a polygraph.
Graduate of an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school and completion of an advanced source-handling course.
Demonstrated expertise in UTS through industry, DoD, or academic training; with practical skills and DoD- or Federal Government-recognized UTS training.

Responsibilities

Deliver world-class UTS instruction drawing on operational experience and technical expertise to prepare CI Special Agents for complex mission requirements.
Plan, develop, and execute training and certification programs for CI agents in a UTS environment, in accordance with laws, strategies, and policies.
Deliver classroom-based instruction and evaluate student performance during practical field exercises; travel within NCR and CONUS may be required.
