Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with required polygraph and U.S. citizenship.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Experience conducting UX research, analysis, and synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research including interviews and usability tests.
• Synthesize findings into personas, journeys, and workflow maps.
• Lead design systems, component libraries, and design docs.
• Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs with WCAG accessibility.
