Job summary

Concept Plus, headquartered near Fairfax, VA, seeks a Senior UI/UX Developer for a fully onsite role in Reston, VA. You will own the user experience across Phoenix applications, turning mission workflows into intuitive interfaces and customer-ready mockups.

Requirements include TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly, 8+ years in UI/UX or related fields, and a BA/BS in engineering or computer science (Masters preferred).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, product design, or related application development disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for enterprise or mission applications.
• Experience creating and presenting customer-facing wireframes, user flows, clickable prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design recommendations.
• Experience translating customer workflows, business requirements, and complex data into clear information architectures, interaction designs, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Experience conducting or supporting user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and iterative design reviews.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs, authentication and authorization services.

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience for Phoenix applications, turning mission workflows and data into intuitive interfaces and customer-ready mockups.
• Lead design discussions with stakeholders and translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Collaborate with engineers, data, cloud, and security teams in Agile sprints to deliver robust UI solutions.
