Job summary

Vibrint seeks a training-focused professional to support user engagement and change management for enterprise software in a cleared environment. You will design and deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and user guides, translating complex concepts for diverse audiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity and government stakeholders.

Required: TS/SCI with polygraph; 4+ years in training roles; high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• Four+ years of experience supporting user engagement, training, or change management for enterprise software in a cleared environment.
• Lead hands-on training sessions to help users become proficient with an existing GUI.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led training and create user guides.
• Explain complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Collaborate with developers, sysadmins, product owners, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders.
• Gather user feedback and support UAT; document results and suggest usability improvements.
• Develop training content using Office, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Certifications in instructional design, change management, Agile, project management, or related disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities
