Job summary

DCI Solutions in Chantilly, VA seeks a Test & Validation Integration Engineer to bridge staging and field deployment, ensuring enterprise-grade infrastructure is production-ready. You will rack and integrate Dell servers, storage, and network gear, perform pre-deployment tests, and validate Kubernetes platforms and container runtimes.

Responsibilities include refining staging workflows, troubleshooting down to components or protocols, and authoring deployment runbooks.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience racking, stacking, cabling enterprise infrastructure.
Proficiency with Cisco, Arista and Palo Alto hardware platforms.
Experience deploying configurations using Ansible, Terraform, Python or Bash.
Experience with Kubernetes environments and container runtimes.
Ability to isolate physical/logical faults across Layer 1-4 using CLI and packet captures.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Test & Validation Integration Engineer bridging staging and field deployment.
Ensure enterprise-grade infrastructure operates seamlessly before production.
Rack, stack, cable Dell PowerEdge servers, storage arrays, and network appliances.
Execute pre-deployment functionality tests and end-to-end testing.
Develop and refine deployment runbooks and staging workflows.
Collaborate with systems and network architects to enable repeatable rollouts.
