Job summary

CACIs Technical Business & Project Analyst Lead role supports a high-profile DoD/IC program with active TS/SCI clearance. The position bridges business analysis and engineering coordination to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.

You will coordinate lifecycles end-to-end, collaborating with engineering, operations, and customer teams, and serve as the primary liaison to ensure seamless execution while maintaining security compliance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or systems integration within DoD/IC.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience developing technical requirements, workflows, use cases, and engineering deliverables.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with engineers, program managers, leadership, and Government customers.
• Leadership experience as Team Lead/Project Lead or mentor for analysts/engineering teams.
• Current CompTIA Security+ CE certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering and technical project lifecycles from initiation through deployment.
• Develop and execute integrated project plans across engineering, operations, and program management.
• Serve as primary liaison between engineering teams and project leadership for seamless execution.
• Monitor designs and implementations to verify compliance with requirements.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and integration challenges.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/IC security, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Translate mission requirements into detailed technical specs and guidance.
• Develop user stories, requirements, and agile artifacts; facilitate reviews with Government customers.
