Job summary

SMS Data Products Group, Inc. seeks a System Technician to serve as the single point of contact for IT questions and problems within the JWICS environment. On-site CST functions include problem analysis, maintenance, and procedure development for IT support requests.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8570 IAT-II certification, and proven experience with network and system administration in a secure environment. Training and certification will be aligned with Air Force requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and self-motivation in dynamic environments.
• Top Secret / SCI clearance is required.
• Minimum DoD 8570 IAT-II (Sec+ CE) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier I and II IT support to ensure system and network availability.
• Track trouble tickets using ServiceNow ITSM.
• Maintain backups and disaster recovery procedures.
