Captivation is seeking a mid level systems engineer in Maryland to support a closed system across multiple locations. Must hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance with favorable polygraph and be a U.S. citizen.

You will work with customer stakeholders and operations teams to deliver secure, reliable systems. Ideal candidates have Linux administration skills, automation scripting (Bash/Python), and experience with containerization (Docker/Podman).

Qualificações

• Seven (7) years of SE experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, CS, IS, or related field from an accredited college.
• Five additional years of SE experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with Linux CLI and Linux systems administration is required.
• Experience developing automation scripts (Bash/Python) to streamline tasks.
• Familiarity with STE/STN security compliance requirements and policies.
• Familiar with Cisco switches and container technologies (Docker/Podman).
• Ability to create clear, accessible technical documentation.
