Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants, Inc. seeks a Mid-Level Systems Engineer with TS/SCI and polygraph to manage Linux-based enterprise environments in Laurel, MD. The role emphasizes system security, automation, and reliability across mission-critical systems.

You will implement automation with Ansible/Puppet, manage VMware environments, write Bash scripts, and ensure patching and compliance. The job involves collaboration with development and customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph (CCA Accepted).
• 14 years' experience as a SE in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years additional SE experience may substitute.
• CWIP/C2Q Level I within 90 days of start date.
• Administer Linux-based enterprise systems using Rocky Linux and RHEL.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and secure Linux-based enterprise environments.
• Automate configuration with Ansible and/or Puppet.
• Support VMware virtualized environments and VM deployment.
• Develop Bash scripts to automate admin tasks.
• Monitor system health and performance across environments.
• Coordinate maintenance windows and outages with teams and customers.
• Document procedures and engineering updates.
• Familiar with Splunk dashboards and workflows.
