THOR Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a DHS information technology support services program focusing on cloud data management, information systems operations, and governance in Washington DC. The role covers system administration across headquarters and field sites to ensure reliable, secure, and available information systems for the mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• At least four years of systems administration experience supporting government information systems.
• Experience maintaining and updating systems, addressing security breaches, and troubleshooting hardware, telecom, and peripheral equipment.
• US citizenship with existing TS/SCI security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system administration duties to support cybersecurity requirements, including updating relevant systems and addressing security breaches.
• Troubleshoot and replace workstations, telecommunications, and user peripheral equipment.
• Assist users with account access tickets and resolution of access issues.
• Inspect and track IT equipment entering/exiting controlled spaces per guidance.
• Assist users with annual security training requirements.
• Support headquarters and field sites to maintain system availability, integrity, and security.
