You will maintain systems across headquarters and field sites, addressing security breaches and service issues to ensure reliable IT services.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in IT/CS or related field with 4+ years of system administration experience in government environments, plus proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
• At least four years of system administration experience supporting government information systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of data governance and data framework compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system administration duties to support cybersecurity requirements.
• Troubleshoot and replace workstations, telecommunications, and peripheral equipment.
• Assist users with account access tickets and resolution of access issues.
• Inspect and track IT equipment entering/exiting controlled spaces per guidance.
• Assist users with annual security training requirements.
• Support HQ and field sites to maintain system availability, integrity, and security.
