Job summary

TENAX Technologies, LLC seeks a Systems Administrator to support the ANG RPA-SOC with hands-on IT infrastructure for 24/7/365 operations. The role involves Windows servers, VMware virtualization, SAN storage, and cybersecurity compliance in a DoD environment.

You will work directly with military personnel and government customers, performing system backups, patching, and STIG remediation while maintaining mission availability and secure baselines.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Systems Administration.
• Hands-on Windows Server and workstation experience.
• Active Directory administration experience.
• VMware/virtualized server environments experience.
• Experience with servers, storage/SAN, backups, patching.
• Strong networking knowledge.
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a technical team.
• Excellent communication with technical staff and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows servers, workstations, VMs, storage, and software.
• Manage Active Directory users, permissions, and GPOs.
• Administer VMware ESXi/vCenter environments.
• Maintain SAN/storage, backups, data retention, and recovery.
• Troubleshoot server, workstation, hardware, software, network, storage, and apps.
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain systems.
• Perform system backups and maintain secure configurations.
• Support STIG, vulnerability remediation, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Troubleshoot Dell hardware and storage systems.
• Support video encoding/decoding, recording, and communications systems.
• Configure systems to meet security baselines and mission requirements.
• Collaborate with military personnel and government customers.
