Job summary

TENAX Technologies, LLC is seeking a Network Specialist to deliver systems, application, and network support for the Air National Guard’s RPA-SOC. The role involves interfacing with contractors, military personnel, and government clients to sustain 24/7 network operations and security controls.

Qualifications

5 years of experience with network design, testing, development, and integration.
Experience with LAN/WAN, cryptographic equipment, multicast routing on Cisco equipment.
Knowledge of best practices for designing, implementing, and maintaining network security and service availability.
Ensure network and equipment meet STIGs.
Identify technical applicability, remediate IAVA notices and support metric reporting.
Experience in VMware virtualized environment.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support of communications and network systems architecture, video distribution, long-haul communications systems, and enhancement support for operations.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain RPA-SOC computer and network systems including hardware and software for Windows at multiple classification levels.
Ensure proper configuration of servers, virtual servers, storage solutions, routers, switches, firewalls, crypto and other communications equipment.
Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
