Job summary

Insight Global in the Dayton, Ohio area seeks a TS/SCI Systems Administrator to support mission-critical AI and data platforms in a DoD/IC environment. You will help maintain Arango and Kubernetes deployments, troubleshoot issues, assist with data integration, and deliver demos and PoCs.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in Linux or systems administration, scripting with Python/SQL, and hands-on cloud and container experience. Onsite work approx.

An employer in the Dayton, Ohio, area is seeking a TS/SCI Systems Administrator for an ongoing contract-to-hire opportunity. This individual will support mission-critical AI and data platform initiatives within a U.S. Air Force environment, helping to maintain and optimize the Arango platform in secure classified and air-gapped environments. Responsibilities include supporting Kubernetes deployments, troubleshooting platform and infrastructure issues, assisting with data integration efforts, and ensuring reliable day-to-day operations of the platform. The candidate will also develop and support technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions, work directly with government engineers to resolve technical challenges, and contribute to training, knowledge transfer, and documentation of operational best practices. Additionally, this individual will collaborate with senior engineering teams to collaborate with senior engineering teams to support mission users across multiple intelligence and analytics programs. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to work onsite with the customer approximately two weeks per month.
