Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Five years of additional SE experience may substitute a bachelor's degree.
• Fourteen years of SE experience in comparable programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure production compatibility with architecture.
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance needs.
• Debug software and correct defects.
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems.
• Develop and implement performance optimization algorithms.
• Assist with test procedures for software components.
• Write or review software and system documentation.
• Design and modify software systems using analytical models.
• Oversee sustainment teams and ensure timely delivery.
