Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Special Security Technician to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's program. This role involves safeguarding access to Sensitive Compartmented Information and assisting the Special Security Officer with several duties related to classified materials.

The ideal candidate must have 3-8 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. The position is located in the National Capital Region, Washington, DC, with a salary range of ~$121,000 - $139,000.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of relevant SSO/security technician experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume security workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SSO in controlling access to SCI material and SCIFs.
• Conduct SCI security briefings, indoctrinations, and trainings.
• Support the courier badging process and obtain signed non-disclosure agreements.

Skills

Relevant SSO/security technician experience

Knowledge of IC and DoD security policies

Organizational skills for high-volume workflows

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
