Nightwing is seeking a Full Performance developer to support a dynamic program in the United States. The role emphasizes SCRUM-based development, lifecycle processes, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver web services and applications using JavaScript, Java, and ASP.NET.

You will translate user requirements into end-to-end designs, track bugs, and communicate technical details to diverse audiences. Security posture and accreditation support are key aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Proficient in two or more programming languages and capable of end-to-end design.
• Experience with software development life-cycle and Agile SCRUM.
• Ability to translate user requirements into design for applications/databases.
• Experience in identifying and resolving bugs and applying security patches.
• Ability to communicate protocols and procedures clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop web services and applications in JavaScript and related technologies.
• Support the application accreditation processes and security compliance.
