Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Security Specialist to support our Army customer across the Pacific, safeguarding intelligence activities and enabling Army operations. You will provide comprehensive security, administrative, and operational support to ensure protection, accountability, and compliance of sensitive facilities and programs across the command.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing security requirements within DoD collateral, SCI, or SAP environments.
• Experience with DoD security systems or databases such as DISS or ACCS.
• Experience in Personnel Security, Information Security, Industrial Security, or Physical Security.
• Experience providing guidance on classification, handling, storage, transmission, and destruction of classified materials.
• Knowledge of clearance processes and requirements along with Security Awareness, Training, and Education (SATE) methods.
• Knowledge of SCIF operations, access control procedures, security management practices, and inspection requirements.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in a professional work environment, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide security guidance and operational support to protect sensitive Army facilities and programs.
• Process and validate personnel security clearances and maintain security records.
• Manage visitor access and respond to security inquiries for DoD-related activities.
• Support audit readiness and ongoing security initiatives across the command.
• Collaborate with military, civilian, and industry partners to ensure DoD and IC directives are followed.
