Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Security & Compliance Administrator to assess cyber risks for government clients and guide risk mitigation. You will review technical and personnel details, translate security concepts for decision-making, and support action plans with presentations and milestones.

This role requires operating as a security SME while expanding expertise across policies and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting security audits and enforcing policies.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, and identity management.
• Experience with DoD and IC security frameworks.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Must have Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a cybersecurity-related field with 2+ years' security/compliance experience, or 5+ years' experience without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify cyber risks and understand applicable policies for client organizations.
• Develop mitigation plans and guide clients through action plans with milestones.
• Review technical and personnel details to assess overall threat landscape.
• Translate security concepts so clients can make informed decisions.
• Act as an information security SME while expanding skills in security and compliance.
