Amentum in Falls Church, VA seeks a Contract Security Officer to provide administrative security support for an Intelligence Community program. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

The role involves briefings, document processing, and security investigations support, with a focus on compliance and secure handling of information. The position emphasizes coordination with HR and security teams, maintaining records, and ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Administrative and security support experience in a professional setting.
• Ability to operate office software including word processors and spreadsheets.
• Experience with records, data entry and confidential information handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative security support, including record-keeping, data entry, filing, and protecting personal identifiable information.
• Conduct briefings for new hires and prepare briefing folders and packets.
• Process debriefings and terminations; prepare and submit required paperwork.
• Quality control review of investigation packages (SF86) to ensure completeness and timeliness, creating forms for customer signatures.
• Manage badge renewals for employees with customer-issued badges.
• Ensure yearly Financial Disclosure Forms (FDF) are completed for the contract.
• Submit uncleared employees for visitor access per customer policy; review Security Pre-Screen Forms; perform enterprise-wide clearance checks.
• Maintain contract personnel listings; ensure compliance with Security requirements (NISPOM, ICDs); assist with clearance processing.
• Provide ad hoc security support and liaise with HR; ensure SCI briefings for employees; assist with investigations as needed.
• Support proposals and physical security (ICD 705) related tasks; perform other duties as assigned.
